Team news for Derry City match

2012-05-20

Bray have added Shane O'Connor, Sean Hurley and Conor Early to the travelling party for the trip North on Monday evening, otherwise the starting eleven will be chosen from the same panel as on Friday night for the St Pats game.

Speaking after the draw with St Patricks Athletic on Friday night, Bray's Director of Football Pat Devlin said he was very pleased with his side's performance.

He said "We played well, and we deserved to get the draw, I am happy with the reaction I am getting from the squad, especially Jason Byrne and Marty Waters up front".

Looking ahead to Monday night Devlin said "Derry are one of the best teams in the League and it's a tough ask to go there on a Monday night. We are having difficulty getting people off work and we have players doing exams this time of the year and it's not easy. However it's not our decision and we have to get on with it. It's a challenge we are looking forward to."

* The last three meetings between the sides at the Brandywell ended in 1-1 draws, both League games last season and the FAI Cup clash in 2010.

* Bray have recorded just one win in 27 visits to the Brandywell, that was in 2002 when Jason Byrne and Mick Doohan scored in a 2-1 League win.

* Bray have failed to keep a clean sheet against Derry in the last 13 meetings in all competitions.

* Dave Webster is set to make his 100th appearance in all competitions for Bray if he plays against Derry.
