Ferrycarrig
02 May 2022

A disappointing result in Ferrycarrig, with some of the travelling faithful not slow to voice their dissatisfaction with the management.

After a lively start in which both sides scored, the visitors through Ben Feeney and the hosts per Harry Groome, the game settled down to a seesaw battle.

And it could have gone the Seagulls' way in the dying minutes, courtesy of two of the substitutes.

Enda Douglas was brought down in a scoring position, and Darragh Levingston stepped towards the spot.

But home keeper Alex Moody read the penalty well, and got down in time to stop.
