Pender strikes to put the Seagulls one up

The hosts looked to be cruising towards their first victory of the new regime following Ger Pender's strike on the quarter hour, and could have gone into the break three or more up had they taken their chances.

But a well-worked Harps set-piece involving the big men from the back, Sam Todd and skipper Keith Cowan, brought up for a Ciaran Coll throw, created a fine equaliser midway scored by the former through the second period.

And despite a final half hour full of attack and counter-attack, neither side could force a winner.

The long throw gained the visitors the lead midway through the first half of Extra Time, Mikey Place finishing off the move.

Bray's efforts to restore parity in the remaining twenty minutes left holes in front of Evan Moran, and it was from one of those that Jacob Borg put the tie out of Bray's reach with just eight minutes left.

Bray's Darragh Gibbons left the fray early, getting a second caution for a late challenge on Harps sub Oluwatunmise Sobowale.
